Elevated Basics -

When I announced I was moving back to the West Coast I was surprised by how many of you mentioned that you were looking forward to watching my style change. At first I thought, no way–I will be keeping that New York edge! But you know what, I’m now curious how my style will evolve out here as well. I’m thinking it will have more to do with the fact that I’m inching my way towards 30 and less to do with the fact that I’m back in Northern California but we shall see. What I do know is that I’ve been gravitating towards quality over quantity for sometime now. Saving and splurging on the investment pieces (ehem–leather) that I know I will want to wear for years to come. And this is why I’m currently loving all things Emerson Fry. The designer has a knack for creating stylishly modern classics, elevated basics, and insane footwear(!!) and I pretty much want to wear it all… now.
