Inspire Me

When the weather wasn't cooperating this week I played with colorful sunnies indoors, styling them around my apartment (I mean, naturally)! Inspiration really is all around. In the street art in your city. In the people watching at your local coffee shop. In the quirky decor of your favorite boutique... and with a little rearranging or new perspective, can be found in your own apartment / home.

I'm often most inspired by the people I meet (some that I'm lucky enough to call my friends) and love learning about, and encouraging, their latest endeavors and collaborations.

Speaking of collaborations, I'm wearing two cool collabs in this look. My 'Waris Loves You' sunglasses (a line designed for Lookmatic by designer / actor, Waris Ahluwalia) and my 'Pete' tee (from the Man Repeller x PJK clothing line). Both playful lines get a thumbs up from me.

(Remnants of Oscar night left over on our chalkboard courtesy of my girlfriend Ashley.)

What or who is currently inspiring you?

I really think you should leave your glasses in those frames, all the time! It looks like a gallery display and would be whimsical way to add pops of color in your pad. COOL idea!

I like the notion of finding little bits of inspiration around the apartment and here and there – it's easy to fall into a bit of a slump this time of year fo sho.
