The highlight as of late, or since my previous post, is that my guy was a true saint and went out and bought us a new heater. (My toes are forever grateful and our little apartment is once again my happy place!).

I am glad I live in warm Southern California. Every friend who lives in NYC or is currently in NYC is complaining (on FB) about the cold. Love the kicks. Have a similar pair and wear them all the time

Love the pics - and yes NYC with its sunny blue skies but a -10 windchill when you step outside does take creative layering! Love the idea of a leather jacket underneath, need to go a nice dinner tonight and I think ill steal this layering trick to avoid wearing my unsightly puffer.
