Since moving to New York I've started ordering a lot more toiletries and beauty essentials online on Drugstore.com. It's kind of life changing since we live in a walk up building (as is laundry and grocery delivery services) and works great for us and our often hectic city lifestyle. Drugstore.com shares a shopping cart with Beauty.com so I can easily slip in a new lipstick with our order without my guy ever knowing. It's very sneaky of me, I know! Not only does Drugstore.com have such a wide variety of items but it also offers free shipping on all orders over $25. I can't rave about it enough and often think back on the grocery and convenience store runs I used to make in hilly San Francisco and think gosh, why didn't I just order those necessities online then?!

NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Walkyrie ($24) Ideal Stocking Stuffer. The matte finish is long-lasting and besides Walkyrie I'm also a big fan of: Train Bleu (an ultra-vampy lip).
RODIN olio lusso ($150) For my mom. This face oil isn't something my mom would necessarily splurge on for herself which is what makes it such a luxurious treat.
RODIN olio lusso Lip Balm ($30) For my best girlfriend. This all-natural lip balm not only adds a slight shimmer but the square lucite packaging makes it feel extra special.

This holiday season I've partnered with Lucky Magazine to share with you some of my tried and true all time favorite products (all from Beauty.com) that I plan to give and obviously wouldn't mind receiving as well.
You can also check out Beauty.com's Holiday Gift Guide for additional ideas!
Clarisonic ($119 ): This one's for me! I've been wanting a Clarisonic since testing out my Nana's last year.
Dogeared 'Karma' Necklace ($74) For my sister. A sweet necklace with a positive message, right up her alley.
Fresh Citron de Vigne Candle ($50) Ideal hostess gift. There's something homey and comforting about candles.
I burn them year-round but especially during the cooler months and this scent is just delicious.
Malin + Goetz Body Scrub ($30) For my guy (bonus: I will get to use it too). We discovered this yummy peppermint smelling body scrub while staying at the Soho Grand a few years ago.
NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Walkyrie ($24) Ideal Stocking Stuffer. The matte finish is long-lasting and besides Walkyrie I'm also a big fan of: Train Bleu (an ultra-vampy lip).
NARS Multi-Purpose Stick in Orgasm ($39) For the girlfriend on the go. Keep this stick in your purse to brighten eyes, cheeks and lips.
TOCCA Mini Eau de Parfum Trio ($45) For my Nana (or the girlfriend who enjoys experimenting with new scents). Bianca is my personal favorite.
Lollia Shea Butter Hand Cream ($25) For my Aunt (Aunt's always smell delicious don't they?). I love the smell of this hand cream (a mix of peonies and lilies) and keep a tube on my desk at all times.

Oh good, I'm glad I'm not the only one that slips little extras into the shopping cart for myself. They just don't need to know everything! My Clarisonic has been a game changer for my skin. It's never looked so great! Happy Holidays!

I'm convinced that Nars Orgasm was the most brilliant color they've ever come up with. It's the perfect shade to give you that flush look.
that's quite a nice hostess gift! #iusuallybringwine
I love those sites - we also order from them all the time. Such a great selection! Love that you can get toilet paper and Nars cosmetics in one box. :-)
Beautiful post! That hand cream is my favorite too!
@Anonymous ~ haha, I usually bring wine too! but if I'm staying overnight / for the weekend at a friends then I like to bring something extra. ;)

So so fun. I love my Clarisonic so much. I have really sensitive skin so can only use it a few times a week but I really love it. And Rodin Oil is the best. You should also try Josie Maran's oil - it's my latest addiction. :)
Love all of these! I want a clarisonic sooo bad!

It never even occurred to me to use Drugstore.com for delivery of necessities - a shame, since I live in a walk-up, too! lol Thanks for the heads up. Love the beauty suggestions, as well! :)
Keep calm and carry lipstick.
Good idea! Are the products on a rug? Can you tell which one?
Thanks!

@Grace - ooh thank you for the tip, I'll have to try it soon! (And yes I have sensitive skin too)
@Kelsey ~ ha, yes I actually photographed these products on my IKEA throw.
I love that hand cream. Might have to buy it for someone that I'm with a lot so I can steal a little from time to time!
