The past couple of days have included poolside lounging, tasty meals and evening bocce ball games with the family (we take this game very seriously). It's always nice to be home at my parent's house and you know what, I'm pretty sure this weekend will look about the same!
Evening hors d'oeuvres (aged gouda cheese + nuts).

Watermelon is one of my favorite summer treats (along with cheeries, which I eat like candy).
Late afternoon bocce ball game.
I pinned this geode cork DIY (as seen on Cupcakes and Cashmere) a few weeks back and finally got around to it yesterday. I bought the stones at a gift shop in Yellowstone so they will now forever remind me of our trip!

Few things are more relaxing than visiting parents. I find that I fall back into "kid mode" when I'm at my folks and it's nice to not worry about chores or making dinner!
