Decor Inspiration {Nantucket Home}

On the hunt for a perfectly unique mirror.

We will be heading back to New York City at the end of this week and more than anything I'm most looking forward to decorating our apartment. I've been browsing Pinterest for most of my home inspiration as well as design and antique stores, and have found that I'm consistently drawn to a mix of both rustic and modern pieces. Here are a few elements that recently inspired me while shopping at Nantucket Home in downtown Chico.

Sea shells displayed on the coffee table.

Conversation piece: antique globes (also loved this globe).

A mix of books and candles on the mantle.

I fell in love with these chairs.

A neutral color palette with natural and modern elements incorporated.

Rustic lighting.

A cactus or two for that touch of greenery.
