On those days / nights I simply don't feel like shaving my legs getting "dressed up dressed up" (you know what I'm talking about) I turn to a tee and pajama-like pants combination (similar pants worn here and most recently here). Slouchy pants plus a red lip have proved time and time again to be the ideal effortless answer on various occasions and perfect for this confusing humidity meets afternoon rain we've been experiencing.
