I couldn't stand still for a photo in this dress; the 'twirl' simply needed to keep happening! Erin Fetherston is one of my favorite designers when it comes to ultra-feminine pieces and this pleated shift dress is a summer dream.

Half of my childhood was spent twirling around in dresses...I was obsessed with it, and I didn't want any dress unless I could twirl in it.
