Donuts, Skulls + Tie-Dye

Parker Peplum Cami.  gifted Paige Jeans.  Nanette Lepore Sweater.
Prada Heels (thrifted).  Rebecca Minkoff Bag.

Two things about this outfit... 1) My guy bought this little black sweater for me (for my birthday one year) while we were in Vegas. He picked it out himself at the Nanette Lepore boutique and I am smitten with the little bow pockets (you can actually see them better here). It will always be a favorite in my closet; I just love when items of clothing have cute little stories behind them or remind you of loved ones. 2) I still think these tie-dye jean are the coolest (last seen on the blog here). And one note about these donuts... Monday morning treats sure kicked my week off on the right foot (hope you're having a great one as well)!

Those jeans need to be mine, however, I don't think I will be able to pull them off as well as you. So lovely!

The bag is great - this is the strike of humour in your outfit.

Love tie-dye pants, they are incredibly intriguing and I might have to try out a pair for myself. Thanks for the inspiration.

I love this blog it is so natural and more real life than a lot of others. Regarding print I think the best print I have seen is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZgZitDnC7EM look at the detail, and if you want to sign up to their prelaunch then head over to www.thescarfboutique.co.uk. Mary K was meant to be print queen however its not been the same since perfume bottle collection

Your sweater is so cute! When a guy chooses a gift all on his own it makes it much more special! I'm always overwhelmed when my guy picks out the best presents- especially if they're fashiony gifts.
I love all your printed pants! You always pull them off amazingly.

Such a sweet story behind that sweater! I think it's beyond precious when my husband surprises me with something he picked out all by himself. Love the outfit, Alicia! x
