Take One

Vince Blazer.  gifted Joie Dress (also love this version).  The Row Sunglasses.
gifted Rachel Zoe Wedges.  gifted Brahmin Bag.

Yesterday was one of those days where I changed my outfit 3 times. We all have those days, don't we - although it was the weather to blame in this case. This ensemble was take one, ensemble number two can be seen here, and I later swapped the blazer for a cozy knit when it started to rain (take three). Despite all the outfit changes I remained in these amazing (and surprisingly comfortable) snakeskin wedges. Rachel Zoe sure knows what short girls like me want... as much height as we can get but with comfort.

Lovely outfit. The lace and cream colored blazer look so amazing together. I've been on the hunt for a blazer like this myself.

@Doux Rousse - Thank you! It's faded quite a bit and I think I like it better this orangey red hue... definitely not as bright as it was when I first got it done.

What a cute dress and those Rachel Zoe wedges are sky high and in my eyes--the higher the better! I have a special heart for lace and I just might have to get that Joie dress!

,,,fab dress, fab shoes! i would have never guessed you were only
5'1", my height! you do look taller in photos. i live in DC and it's nothing to wake in the morn and dress for cooler weather then come mid-afternoon shed layers and sport lighter clothing and then come evening reach for the pashmina wrap for the shoulders. i get it, much different than the climate i was born into in AZ! but...i love it!,,,

I really like how you mixed two different animal prints together by keeping the rest very monochromatic. Great outfit for lots of different occasions.

The weather has been the same way in good old Indiana! I have my morning, afternoon and evening outfits, but I like to think of is as playing dress up instead of a hassle :)
