I wore this outfit out and about in NYC earlier this week. The patent blue Flicker Melinda Kate Spade bag gave my outfit a much needed pop of color! There's something seriously magical about being in Manhattan around the holidays. We spent our final night (in the city) in the West Village and dined at the highly anticipated Babbo which did not disappoint. New York may have officially put me in the holiday spirit but there's nothing like being home (back in California) surrounded by all of our closest friends and family.

@Beth - Awe, thank you, although it definitely doesn't look good everyday. I have naturally wavy / curly hair... I've been trying to do the beachy waves look with a curling iron. ;)

Babbo's great. As is that bag! I have to admit, I'm starting to get a little sick of the brights-on-brights trend, but that one great piece of blue and some chill neutrals? That's just the right amount for this time of year.
Sometimes a pop of color is all you need, and that coat, oh my!!!
