Leopard Pinky

This was my first attempt at using nail foils. I decided to keep things somewhat professional and opted for leopard pinkys (I will leave the full leopard manicure for the weekend) and painted the rest of my nails Deborah Lippmann Fade to Black (my go-to nail polish color). The process was way too easy, and I'm already thinking about picking up some other fun patterns soon. Now let's see who notices at work!

CUTE! I just bought the Sally Hansen leopard print nails strips. I cannot wait to wear them! I like how you did the pinky, most people do the ring or pointer finger!

LOOOOOVE IT!

I love the idea of using a print on your pinky. It's a bit more subtle, which is definitely more my style aesthetic. I'm going to try this!

Great idea, love how it still looks stylish and proffessional without being OTT.

I love it! Fun, yet still professional. Did anyone notice?
There are so many awesome nail trends right now, but many are a little too much for my workplace, so I'm always look for a nice balance between creative and somewhat conservative. I think you pulled it off! :)

Such a cute pattern! I wonder if they're better than the sally hansen version?

@rebecca - Yay, so glad to hear you're incorporating more cheetah into your life!!! Everything is a little more fun in cheetah / leopard print. ;)

Are these similar to the Sally Hansen ones? I've been meaning to try those!

Love the idea of just one finger with a fun polish - just the right amount of spark! Recently, I did two different shades, one on every other finger. One color was slightly lighter shade. It was nice as it wasn't too loud, but still really fun.

I've never used Nail Couture's foils before. Let us know how they hold up!

I've used and tweeted a pic of Sally Hansen's Salon Effects nail polish strips. Their cheetah (called Kitty Kitty) is not quite as bright--it's shimmery and the colors are a little more subtle. Since they're nail polish, they hold up for at least a full week.

Can't wait to see more!

@Raquel - Yes, Nail Couture is similar to Sally Hansen's strips!

@gold N turquoise - Kitty Kitty looks like it would be the perfect subtle leopard print for a full mani. ;)
