Every girl needs a classic white silk blouse and this Elizabeth and James button up (purchased via Gilt Groupe) has quickly become a favorite. On another note, I decided to break in my pale pink Christian Louboutins (a score from my favorite consignment store) with an inaugural walk around the block. It's difficult scuffing those red soles for the first time but I plan to wear these beauties the night of my dress rehearsal and definitely do not want to slip while practicing my walk down the aisle. What I haven't revealed yet are my wedding shoes (hint hint)!

What a classic, chic and yet, modern look! I love a good white blouse, but it's always been a challenge for me to find the right one, one that fits in the shoulders and doesn't make me look like I'm swimming in fabric. This one looks fantastic on you, and is making me consider my initial opinions on blouses!

That's a perfect white blouse. I actually went into Loehmann's for the 1st time last week and they had a huge selection of Elizabeth and James- couldn't have been happier! (Shouldn't let everyone in on this little secret ;))

For your heels- you can get a red grip added to the sole so that it is always red. A nice cobbler will be able to do it. What a great find at Cris! You will be wearing those classics forever.

I understand the pain of deflowering the louboutins! But it's worth every glorious step! I got a pair for mothers day, and did the exact same thing. Took them for a spin around he block, and then put them back in the box! LOL!
