My girlfriend recently asked me to help style her for Coachella and while suggesting outfit options I became instantly disappointed that I will not be going. I have decided that in lieu of attending this music festival next weekend I will blast Kings of Leon and prance around my bedroom in my shortest jean shorts (I never get to wear them in San Francisco anyway), a panama hat and aviators. If I was heading down south I would be sure to pack maxi dresses, plenty of light weight tanks, a little Dannijo bling and most importantly paint my nails in Deborah Lippmann's "I know what boys like" periwinkle. I hope this mini packing list helps those who are going... rock on!

Very nice suggestions! I would also maybe suggest cowboy boots instead of sandals just because your feet will get very dirty and stepped on otherwise...I'm so jealous I can't go because my play opens next weekend but my boyfriend and I are sort of addicted to music festivals. Can't believe we're missing it!

What a perfect board for Coachella! I'll admit, I never though I'd be tempted to attend an oversized music festival, but it sounds like it's going to be the most fun weekend of April!

I'm so craving Coachella style. I promised myself that now that I lived in CA, I'd go this year. But, lo and behold, it snuck up on me and I don't have any plans to head down. Instead, I'll have to live vicariously through style photos. You know, it's funny - festival style probably isn't something I'd usually wear, but I'm still so drawn to it!
I wish I were going to Coachella too! A few friends of mine have gone and they've loved it. This is a great outfit board ... even if it's too cold in SF to wear it. I too, shall prance around at home with the music blasted!

Those Sam Edelman sandals are GORGEOUS! For some reason they won't ship those particular ones outside of the US? So strange - but maybe for the best (for my wallet) - so so cute!
