Tuesday Inspiration

One of my favorite parts about blogging is having a place to put the random images I come across online that I find a) beautiful b) inspiring or c) all of the above. This past weekend I met Taylor for coffee and we chatted / laughed about how we loved cutting up magazines to make collages for our binders in middle school. I'm pretty sure I would switch out my collages from under the plastic of my three ring at least monthly, and I still have a framed collage I made while in college hanging in my bedroom now over five years later.
I guess you could say blogging is a new form of collaging. Instead of tearing out the pages of my Vogue magazines and posting them up in my bedroom for a select few to see, I am now able to share my inspiration with all of you!

It totally is! It inspires me everyday to see mine and to see others like yours! I've framed several of my collages from design school and they're worked into a picture frame collage in my living room!

Heck yes! I love collaging. I agreeing that blogging is the new collaging. On another note do you have glasses? I am looking for a pair, just for wearing, not because I have bad sight.

I used to have an inspiration board in my room: http://bit.ly/eGGmkN
But I moved in with my boyfriend and haven't put it up again. I've found I can use my blog and polyvore to keep track of what inspires me.

What a wonderful thought, that blogging is the new collaging. I absolutely started by blog because I couldn't have one more cut-out wedding dress or centerpiece floating around!

Do I dare admit that as an adult I have a sketchbook that I paste pictures in that I tear out of magazines? Plus, I have a bulletin board up filled with all kinds of randome stuff (jewelry I like, nail polish colors, hair styles I want to try).
