{3.1 Phillip Lim Silk Bra, Alexander Wang Diego Bucket Bag, Diane von Furstenberg Cardi, 7 For all Mankind Jeans, Hunter Rainboots}
The fiance and I hit the road this past Saturday afternoon for a mini getaway to Mill Valley. I picked up this skunk like black and white striped vest at one of the cute downtown boutiques and quickly changed out of my rather blah raincoat and wore it for the rest of the day. The vest hangs longer in the front and is shorter in the back creating a rather interesting shape that I couldn't help but love. It makes for a bold statement and reminded me of this vest by Quail as seen on Beth!

In other fun news, Helena featured me on her blog today (check it out here) AND Caitlin, Katie, Taylor and I are all meeting for cocktails on January 7th - you're all invited (more details here)!
PS: I think I will start posting "Snag the Look" posts regularly - I had too much fun re-creating the look with other items. Plus if you like something you can click, click the links above ;)
