I have rocked a side ponytail this entire week. Partially due to the fact that I've been pretty low maintenance during my time at home, but it's also always fun to switch things up. I'm a fan of piling all of my hair in a bun on the top of my head yet I'm starting to realize that may not actually be my best look, where the side pony is in turn a fiance and father approved / preferred option. The men in my life obviously do not understand that a high bun is currently in style. ;)
On another note, this week has been a chilly one in Chico (sure it's no New York) but you can tell from my wincing face below that I was freezing in my sweater as the sun started to go down. Thankfully my JBrand cargos are much warmer than most of my jeans...win win.*

Side ponies are the best. You can rock it in casual clothes or even at a fancy get together. Love it!

I understand! People who aren't from Nor Cal don't understand that our cold is different from theirs! We may not have snow but we have a wet cold. I have friends who moved from Sac to Boise who say when it's snowing there, it's much more comfortable than the cold we experience here. I think I wrote a book! hahah
