Miss Prada + {James Jeans}

Diane von Furstenburg Top, gifted James Jeans, Prada Heels, Alexander Wang Bag, JCrew Earrings, Scarf from Paris

This weekend was just what the doctor ordered. Plenty of girl time and rest (thank goodness for daylight savings) after what seemed like the world's longest week. Saturday I met up with Caitlin for coffee and a little consignment shopping (hence the new Prada kitten heels)! The remainder of my weekend was spent trying to stay out of the rain, minus a jaunt out to get sushi Saturday night. I wore my new James Jeans which are surprisingly very slimming (according to my sister's judgement) with the perfect amount of stretch that graciously allowed me to indulge in extra spicy tuna rolls. I had honestly never heard of James Jeans prior to last week when these were shipped my way, but in the past few days these 'Twiggy Sway' jeans have quickly become my most coveted pair of skinnys.
PS: Thanks to my girlfriend Tessa for bringing me this fabulous scarf back from her travels in Paris.

Not that the bag isn't chic on its own, but the scarf really makes it look high couture! I'm going to give that idea a try.

Those shoes are such a great find.
I got the James Jeans Twiggy skinnies last Spring and I lived in them until the Summer arrived. They are comfortable, stylish and so versatile. I think these were the best jeans I have gotten in a long time. And the price is unbeatable.

You look so pretty and glamorous! I love the bright lipstick on you. I love the entire outfit. I have a really old pair of James Jeans that are a little big, but really comfy and broken in. I wear them as a "boyfriend" style and cuff them at the bottom.

Love this look Alicia! What a gorgeous scarf from Tessa! ;) Hey, is your DVF top a recent purchase? I have been looking for a long-sleved black lace top for Winter! It's on my list of items I'm allowed to buy! ;)When/where did you get yours? Great jeans and heels too. Next time you go to Chris, take me with you! Happy Monday girl!

You look great! Absolutely love the lipstick and the earrings!

Alicia said...

@Kastles, no I didn't change my hair - I think it may be the lighting in the photo ;)

@Sheila, unfortunately it was not a recent purchase. Free People has some long sleeve lace tops that you should definitely check out!
