Signature Cocktail: Pink Salty Dog

As seen here I love my pink (aka girly) cocktails, and after mentioning the Salty Dog at Delarosa a few days ago I decided to make my own version: The Pink Salty Dog. I tweaked this recipe a little including the addition of elderflower*. I was very pleased with my slightly sweet yet refreshing grape-fruity concoction and think this could possibly be my new signature cocktail to make for guests. Do you have a signature cocktail that you have perfected and whip up when company visits?

*Confession: I purchased the elderflower partially because of the cute bottle it came in, but it did add a nice sweet and bubbly touch.

Happy 3 Day Weekend!
