Of course my week in NYC would not have been complete without cupcakes from Magnolia Bakery. Tanner had never been and was shocked by how small the famous bakery actually is. We enjoyed our somewhat messy cupcakes and a glass of milk on a park bench across the street. And yes there may have been finger licking involved when finished.

I love small shops!! I remember going to Tartine and was surprised when it wasn't as big as I imagined it ... which is simply why I fell in love with it. Hip hip to cupcakes and milk!! xo

Magnolia started the cupcake craze for me. We stopped there on the Sex and the City tour years ago and I loved the cupcake I got. Now I want one all the time.
Those cupcakes look so yummy and I love that you had a glass of milk too. So cute!
Yum! These pictures are so fun. I just recently went to Magnolia (in LA) for the first time! It's so cute! I plan on going back soon to try the ice box snickers pie.

oh my! what scrumptious cupcakey goodness!
I love dessert the way others love their children. If you're ever in Nashville, try Shipley's Donuts (the best ever), if you're ever in Wilmington, NC go to Apple Annie's Bakery and have cookies, Vic's popcorn, or strawberry filled cake, and if you're in Boston try Modern in the North End for the best Italian pastries and cheesecake around or venture out to Elm Street Bakery in Everett, Mass for the best cake you've ever imagined.
Come by, stay a while
