Big Apple Re-Cap

I am currently stuck in Ithaca due to thunderstorms but should be home in San Francisco tomorrow. I plan to dull the pain of reality (back to work this week) by posting the rest of my New York pictures.
{Tanner's birthday dinner at La Esquina}
Monday was my fiance's golden birthday (26 on the 26th!). We celebrated with mexican food at the braserie of La Esquina (a trendier restaurant located underneath this taco bar). I later surprised him with after dinner cocktails at a fun speakeasy in the East Village.
{a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge}
{shopping / walking the streets in Soho}
{cutesy wallpaper in our hotel bathroom}
I recommend staying at the Soho Grand if you want to be within walking distance great shopping and yummy restaurants.
{stumbled upon Carrie's apartment in the West Village}
{cheetah print booties at Mui Mui}
Mui Mui currently has an amazing selection of cheetah print items.
PS: They let this photo slide (all for the love of cheetah).
{city view from the Brooklyn Bridge}
We did an excellent job at tackling my itinerary but I am already planning my return trip because NYC has way to much to see / do / eat in just one week!

Your pictures bring back such great memories ... I adore NY and don't make it there nearly enough. I think I'll defiantly start planning a shopping excursion to the city soon enough.
