One requirement of a newly engaged is multiple 'pink toasts' with close girlfriends. In the past week I have enjoyed both pink bubbly with friends in the city as well as pink cosmos while at home with college girlfriends, my mom and her best friend. In my opinion, nothing tops celebrating a special occasion then with a gaggle of girls, an assortment of cupcakes and pink cocktails for toasting. I plan to celebrate as much as I can in the next few weeks before I have to start seriously thinking about planning a wedding.
