The Best of Polk

Now that I live in Russian Hill, I frequently find myself on Polk Street. From fun bars and tasty eateries to quaint nail salons and cute boutiques, it's all covered.
I have compiled a list of my favorite hot spots that are unique only to Polk.
{Eateries}
Crave Cafe: great beet salad
Nick's Crispy Tacos: be sure to order your taco "Nick's Way"
Polkers: delicious gourmet burgers
Rex's Cafe: love every meal here (breakfast, lunch or dinner)

{Bars}
Amelie: neighborhood wine bar
McTeague's Saloon: spacious dive bar, pool tables in back and fun atmosphere
{Boutiques}
Anica: unique pieces / jewelry with a small consignment section in the back
Cat Seto: girly dresses and personalized stationary (what more could you ask for?)
Cris: cute consignment store perfect for finding vintage clothing and amazing jewelry
{Nail Salons}
Milk +
Teashi
{Sweet Treats}
Loving Cup
The Candy Shop

I love this tour you're giving us of SF. I need to get back there and really appreciate the mix of clothing boutiques, consignment, and restaurants. Nick's Crispy Tacos and the Wine Barn (Amelie) - well, lucky you for having them right at your fingertips!!

ps - it's sailor time!! :)
