It was chilly in SF yesterday; perfect for an afternoon at the theater.
My girlfriends and I went to see: Brothers (click here to watch the trailer). I highly recommend going to see this film, although definitely bring your Kleenex because it's a tear jerker. Amazing acting by: Tobey Maguire, Jake Gyllenhaal (so cute) and Natalie Portman. This movie hits home, especially now that we are sending more troops into Afghanistan.

I heard it snowed in Oakland, all over CA actually, yesturday. At least it was still in the 30's! It's getting into the negatives here, Brrrrrrr

I'm interested in seeing this film. Jim Sheridan is an excellent director, so I'm curious to see how he handled such sensitive themes.
